Partner Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

●New supplier development, recruitment and training. Evaluate and Audit new suppliers for continuation in the Network following graduation.
●Improve supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, communication and packing.
●Develop effective reporting and data analysis for internal management at all levels.
●Building and maintain supplier relationships and accountable for increasing the number of active Suppliers.
●Manage the daily commercial activities associated with the partner network including placing, sourcing, commercial terms and special support.

Education and Qualifications :

●Bachelor’s degree, engineering background or manufacturing environment is preferred.
●Experience on supplier management at least 3 years.
● Skills in English.
●Strong communication skills, able to negotiate and solve problems.
●Knowledge of purchasing and network-building concepts.
●Strong analytical and organizational skills.
●Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
●Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
●Proficiency in computer skills to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Internet.
●Familiar with processes of CNC machining, sheet metal is preferred.
