S50C

NAK 80

Key Features: 1. 超鏡面拋光性（可達#15000以上拋光等級）
2. 高耐磨性（含銅、鎳等合金元素，延長模具壽命）
3. 良好的蝕紋性能（適合精細紋理加工）
4. 預硬化狀態供貨（無需熱處理，減少變形風險）

40Cr

Key Features: 1. 高強度與韌性（調質後抗拉強度≥980MPa）
2. 良好淬透性（鉻元素提高熱處理效果）
3. 中等耐磨性（可表面淬火提升）
4. 焊接需預熱（易產生冷裂紋）

SKD61

Key Features: 1. 優異的高溫強度（600℃仍保持高硬度）
2. 出色的抗熱疲勞性（耐冷熱循環開裂）
3. 良好的耐回火性（高溫下硬度穩定）
4. 適中韌性（優於SKD11等冷作鋼）

S136

Steel 1.0570

Key Features: High tensile strength • Low thermal conductivity

Compared to other carbon steels, Steel 1.0570 has high electrical conductivity but low thermal conductivity and low ductility.

Steel 1.0503

Key Features: High tensile strength • Low ductility • Low thermal conductivity

Steel 1.0503 (C45) has low thermal conductivity and low ductility among wrought carbon steels. It has a high tensile strength of 630MPa.
